Summary: Prompt Secure is a tool that helps you manage AI prompts on your own device using your own API keys. We provide the software; you are responsible for how you use it and for the API costs you incur with third-party AI providers.
By downloading, installing, or using Prompt Secure (the "Application"), the Chrome Extension, or the website at promptsecure.app (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Nexum (Nexum Grzegorz Łopatka), a sole proprietorship registered in Poland, hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "the Company."

Account creation is optional and required only for cloud synchronization and Chrome Extension features. If you create an account:
Premium features are available through in-app purchases processed by Google Play. All purchases are subject to Google Play's terms of service and payment policies. We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information.
Monthly and yearly subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation must be done through your Google Play account settings.
A lifetime license grants you perpetual access to all Premium features available at the time of purchase and future feature updates for the duration of the application's availability on Google Play. A lifetime license does not include features that may be introduced as separate paid tiers in future versions.
Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. If a refund is issued by Google Play, your Premium access will be revoked accordingly.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

The Service, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Nexum and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
You retain full ownership of all prompts, templates, and content you create using the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service integrates with third-party services including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Play, and Supabase. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice within the application or on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
